About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries and orders placed with Confirmoryn Booking Messages Ltd, registered office 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG, company registration number 17330870. By placing an order you accept them.

What we provide

We supply written materials in digital form. That means editable message templates for the stages of a booking, together with short guidance notes explaining what each message is for and when it is normally used. Materials are supplied either as a ready-made kit or as wording tailored to your services, tone and booking process.

The materials use ordinary, non-confidential business information. We do not provide regulated, financial, legal, medical, cyber security or licensed services, and nothing we write should be treated as advice of that kind.

What we do not provide

• We do not send messages to your clients. Sending is arranged by you.
• We do not supply booking software, a calendar, a customer database, a messaging gateway, a chat bot, a login area or analytics.
• We do not hold your client contact details, and we ask you not to send them.
• We do not guarantee any outcome that depends on how, when or to whom you send a message.

Orders

No payment is taken through this website.

Your responsibilities

• Check every factual detail before sending: dates, times, addresses, arrival instructions and service descriptions. Templates leave these as fields for you to complete.
• Make sure any rule stated in a message, such as a notice period or an arrival policy, is a rule your business actually applies.
• Comply with the law that applies to your own communications, including the rules on consent and marketing in the country you send from.
• Do not send us confidential information or personal data belonging to your clients.

Using the materials

Liability
