How materials are delivered

When they are delivered

A ready-made kit is delivered once the order is agreed. A tailored kit is delivered once the wording, tone and order of the messages have been settled with you and the writing is complete. [Delivery timescales to be added before publication]

Checking your materials

Please look through the materials when they arrive and check that:

• every message type you ordered is there;
• the wording matches what was agreed;
• the editable fields make sense for your service;
• nothing states a rule your business does not actually apply.

If something is wrong with our work

We correct mistakes in what we prepared, such as missing files, wrong service names or wording that does not match what was agreed. This is separate from a change of mind about the wording, which is handled as a revision. [Number of revisions included to be confirmed]

Cancellations

Refunds

Payment
