Privacy Policy

What happens to the information you send us, in plain terms. It is a short policy because we hold very little.

Last updated: [Date to be added before publication]

Who we are

Confirmoryn Booking Messages Ltd prepares digital message templates and guidance notes for businesses that work by appointment. For the information described on this page, we act as the data controller.

  • Confirmoryn Booking Messages Ltd, registered office 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG
  • Company registration number 17330870
  • [Contact email address to be added]
  • [Data protection contact to be confirmed, if different from the above]

What this website does

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and does not build a profile of visitors.

The enquiry form does not send anything by itself and has no server behind it. What you type stays in your browser: pressing the button hands the text to your own email app as a draft, which only you can send, and the same text stays on the page for you to copy. Nothing is stored on our side by filling the form in.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability. [Hosting provider, log contents and log retention period to be confirmed before publication]

Information we hold

When you write to us about a kit, we hold what you choose to send, which is usually:

  • your name and work email address;
  • your company name and the type of services you offer;
  • a description of your booking process and the wording you would like;
  • the messages we exchange about an order.

We ask you not to send information about your own clients. Their names, contact details and past conversations are not needed to prepare or tailor a kit. If such information reaches us anyway, we will delete it.

Why we hold it

  • To answer your enquiry and discuss what we can prepare.
  • To carry out an order you have placed and hand over the materials.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, such as records of orders.

Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, the performance of a contract with you, and, where it applies, a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Records connected to an order are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. [Exact retention periods to be confirmed before publication]

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. It is seen by the people working on your enquiry, and by the service providers we rely on to run our email and this website. [Names of email and hosting providers to be confirmed before publication]

[International transfers, if any, to be confirmed before publication]

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us at [Contact email address to be added] and we will deal with it.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
