Custom setup

Wording fitted to your service and the way you book people in.

Tailoring starts from the same eight message types. What changes is the language, the sequence and the notes around them, so the kit reads as though your own business wrote it.

Tailoring covers text and guidance only. It does not connect software, send messages or hold bookings.

What gets adapted

Four things move. The rest stays simple.

A tailored kit is not a different product. It is the same materials, rewritten until they sound like you and follow your order of play.

Before tailoring

Hi [Client Name], your [Service] booking with [Business Name] is confirmed for [Date] at [Time].

Same message, your words

After tailoring

Hi [Client Name], your [Studio Session] is booked in with us for [Date] at [Time]. Studio [Room] is yours for the full slot, and we will be there to let you in.

The wording

Your services by name, and the words you actually use for rooms, vans, slots and equipment.

The tone

Warmer or plainer, first person or team voice. We match the way you already speak to clients.

The order and the number

Some businesses send three messages around a booking, some send seven. The sequence follows your process rather than a fixed template.

The notes

Guidance rewritten around your own rules for preparation, changes of time and arrival, so nothing in the kit contradicts them.

What we need from you

  • A short description of the services you offer and how they are booked.
  • The points in a booking where you normally contact a client.
  • The tone you want, or an example of a message you already send.
  • Any rules of your own the wording must respect: preparation, changes of time, arrival.
  • Anything you would rather never say in writing.

Please keep real client names, contact details and past conversations out of it. None of that is needed to write your messages.

How it works

Five steps, and no surprises in the middle.

The work is writing and adapting text. Sending remains yours, through whichever channel you already use with clients.

Start a conversation
  1. Tell us what you need

Choose a ready-made kit, or describe the booking process you would like messages for. A short description of how you work is enough to start.

  2. Agree the details

For a tailored kit we go through your services, the tone you want, and the points in a booking where you speak to clients.

  3. The messages are prepared

You get editable templates with clearly marked fields, and short notes saying when each message is meant to be used.

  4. You check the facts

Dates, addresses, arrival details and your own rules for preparation, rescheduling and late arrivals are yours to confirm before anything goes out.

  5. Materials are handed over

You receive the final texts and the guidance notes. The file format and the exact contents are agreed as part of the order. [File formats to be confirmed]

Where the line sits

Three things stay with you, always.

Sending

Messages go out from you, through the channels you already use with clients. We do not send anything on your behalf.

The facts

Dates, times, addresses and arrival details are yours to confirm. A template leaves a field; only you know what belongs in it.

Client information

We do not need your client list to write your messages, and we ask you not to send one.

Scope, contents and terms for a tailored order are agreed before work starts. [Pricing information to be added] · [Turnaround times to be added] · [Number of revisions included to be confirmed]

Describe your booking process.

A couple of paragraphs is enough to start. We will reply with what a kit would cover and what tailoring would change.
